1. What this covers
These terms cover your interaction with the Septim Prism marketing website (septimprism.vercel.app) and your membership on our early-access waitlist. The Septim Prism product itself is not yet generally available; full product terms will be provided prior to any paid tier.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to join the waitlist.
3. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, attack, or attempt to exploit the site. Don't submit someone else's email without permission.
4. No warranties during waitlist
The waitlist site is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about product availability, feature set, launch date, pricing, or that your waitlist spot will convert to access.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Septim Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our aggregate liability is capped at $100.
6. Changes
We'll update these terms as the product evolves. We'll email the waitlist before any material change takes effect.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA. Any dispute is subject to binding arbitration in Michigan.
