1. Who we are

Septim Prism is a product of Septim Labs (the "Company"). For privacy inquiries, contact septimlabs@gmail.com.

2. What we collect (waitlist phase)

During the waitlist phase, we collect the email address you submit on our signup form and the standard server log data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) that our hosting provider records.

3. Why we collect it

To send you product updates, early-access invitations, and directly-related launch communications. That's it.

4. Sub-processors

• Formsubmit.co — handles the waitlist form submission → delivers to septimlabs@gmail.com
• Vercel — site hosting and server logs
• Google (Gmail) — receives our email from the waitlist form

When Septim Prism launches as a product, additional sub-processors (Supabase, Clerk, AI model providers) will be disclosed here. AI providers used for retrieval features (OpenAI, Anthropic) are contractually prohibited from training on your data under their API terms.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing septimlabs@gmail.com. We'll process the request within 30 days.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, your local laws (GDPR, UK-GDPR, CCPA) grant you the above rights plus portability and the right to object to processing. Same contact applies.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) between your browser, our site, and our sub-processors. We do not operate a SOC 2 or HIPAA program during the waitlist phase and do not market to contexts requiring those controls.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as Septim Prism evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be emailed to the waitlist.
